Welcome to The Rent Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, platform, and services including studio bookings, content services, and vendor interactions.
By accessing or using The Rent Studio (www.therentstudio.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.
· “The Rent Studio,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the owning company and operators of the website/platform.
· “User,” “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or booking services through our platform.
· “Vendor” refers to third-party studio owners, videographers, and service providers listed on the platform.
· “Platform” refers to the website www.therentstudio.com and all associated digital tools, listings, and services.
The Rent Studio is a neutral facilitator and aggregator platform connecting Users with independent Vendors for studio rental, video production, and related services.
· We do not own or operate any studios or content teams.
· All services are delivered by independent Vendors, whose quality, behavior, and commitments are not controlled by us.
· We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damages, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by Vendors or their premises, equipment, or personnel.
· Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before confirming bookings.
· All bookings must be paid in full (or as stated) before confirmation.
· Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
· The Rent Studio retains platform fees and commissions per transaction.
· Vendor payouts are processed 24–36 hours post-service completion, contingent upon no disputes.
Refunds & Cancellations:
· Subject entirely to Vendor-specific refund and cancellation policies.
· The Rent Studio is not obligated to refund payments beyond what the Vendor permits.
· Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are strictly non-refundable unless approved in writing by the Vendor.
As a platform User, you agree to:
· Provide accurate and up-to-date details during registration and booking.
· Not engage in abusive, unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
· Comply with local laws and all rules stated by Vendors.
· Accept full responsibility for any damage, disruption, or misconduct caused under your account or booking.
· All Vendors listed are independent operators, not employees, contractors, or representatives of The Rent Studio.
· We do not control or guarantee service quality, pricing, or availability.
· You acknowledge and accept that all risks lie with the Vendor-client relationship.
· Any dispute must be resolved directly with the Vendor; we may assist in moderation but are not obligated to intervene, refund, or mediate legally.
All content on the website—including design, text, visuals, branding, and layout—is the sole intellectual property of The Rent Studio or its licensors.
You may not:
· Copy, reuse, redistribute, or modify platform content without express written permission.
· Use our logo, name, or branding for unauthorized commercial or misleading use.
· Users may share comments, reviews, and feedback.
· We do not pre-approve, verify, or endorse any user-submitted content.
· The Rent Studio retains the right to remove or edit content without notice at its sole discretion.
· You remain legally responsible for your content and agree to indemnify The Rent Studio against any legal or reputational damage resulting from it.

· Must delete user data upon user request or post-service, unless legally obligated to retain.
Violation of these terms may result in delisting, legal action, and financial penalties.
Strictly prohibited:
· Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or breach our platform or database
· Submitting false identities or fraudulent bookings
· Misusing vendor data or impersonating platform representatives
· Using our platform for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes
Breaches may result in legal action, account termination, and payment forfeiture.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Rent Studio, its team, affiliates, and partners from any and all:
· Claims
· Losses
· Liabilities
· Costs (including legal fees)
· Third-party disputes or regulatory investigations

We reserve the absolute right to:
· Suspend or delete user/vendor accounts without notice
· Cancel bookings suspected of fraud or abuse
· Refuse service at our discretion
No liability is assumed for termination decisions.

Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
